Reservation and Payment
The person that on behalf of himself or others, arranges to stay will be principally liable for all commitments flowing from this arrangement.
After your reservations application by telephone or e-mail you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Including all arranged details and a cost calculation. It will also include the amount of the down payment required. The down payment is 50% of the stay expenses. The down payment needs to be paid within 14 days of our invoice.
When we have received your payment and send you our confirmation the reservation is final. The remainder needs to be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date.
When you make a reservation within 4 weeks of the arrival date you need to pay the full amount as shown in the invoice.
Bank details
All down payments need to be sent to our bank account. Please remember to use the reference number shown on the invoice.

Cancellations
All cancellations need to be made by telephone and confirmed by e-mail. The costs of cancelling will vary by the time of the cancellation.
- When you cancel, before the 14th day, prior to the arrival date: 50% of the invoice.
- When you cancel, on or after the 14th day, prior to the arrival date: The full amount of the invoice. When you have arranged with the Hexenhaus organisation, to pay the whole amount in full on arrival, and fail to show, the person that made the reservation will be principally liable for the whole invoice.
When you want someone else, to make use of your reservation, due to your cancellation is possible only when that person accepts all your rights and duties. This needs to be cleared by the Hexenhaus Organisation. In that case we, the Hexenhaus Organisation, will not charge you cancellation costs.
Liability
The Organisation Hexenhaus will under no circumstance held liable for personal injuries, material damages or consequential damages in any way. Inflicted upon or by guests or third parties. You stay with us entirely at your own risk. The organisation Hexenhaus will not be held responsible due to calamities or other Force Majeure. Nor is the organisation Hexenhaus liable due to type/print errors in this site and in our flyer and folder material. Our guests will be held liable in case of destruction, embezzlement, theft by which damages or injury is brought upon property, guests, employees of Hexenhaus and external properties booked via Hexenhaus. We will press charges and inform the police.
House rules
- Cats, dogs and other pets are not allowed due to asthma and allergic reactions.
- As everywhere else in Germany it is not allowed to have class A drugs on you in Hexenhaus.
- Dinner and BBQ needs to be booked in advance.
- We can make allowance for vegetarians and other food wishes. If you have informed us when you booked with us.
- Due to the German smoking policy, it is since 15 of February 2008, no longer allowed to smoke in the hotel including the rooms. With exception of the Cellar Bar which is smoking throughout.
Camping is free when you:
- Make use of in Hexenhaus served meals. So no cooking by your tent.
- It is not allowed to make an open fire.
- Are quiet after 23.00 hrs.
- When you leave you need to clean-up, making use of the garbage bag provided by us, and put it in the silver container.
